Architectural Services (Full or Partial)
Whether it be a Project Feasibility Study, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Specifications or Construction Administration, WMA is prepared to provide any or all of these architectural services to our Clients.
Project Feasibility Studies
The success of our Client’s projects are important to us. Sometimes what the Client needs in order to make their Project a success and what the City Zoning and Building Code requirements allow are two different things. WMA can sort through all these Code restrictions and/or allowances to tell you specifically what you can get on your site to make your budget work. If a visit to the City Zoning Department is required, then WMA can produce plans to discuss your Project in detail with the City.
Construction Administration (CA)
The importance of Construction Administration (CA) cannot be stressed enough. The CA process protects our Client’s investment as well as our firm against potential errors in the field. The regular meetings also allow us to give feedback to each other and offers a consistent form of communication between the architect and Owner.
Architectural Support Services
Every now and then, other architectural firms (large or small) need assistance getting production drawings for specific Projects out the door on time. WMA offers architectural support services to these architectural firms in every phase of the Project. Since WMA is not the architect of record and will not be taking any liability, there is a reduced fee for this type of service.
Renderings (2D and 3D)
For some Projects, visualization is required to convey a concept or “pre-sell” apartments or townhomes. WMA is experienced in providing what you need in order to graphically explain what you need in these circumstances.
