Wright on Hudson Townhomes
Jason S. Dean, AIA and William worked together to produce the drawings for this “craftsman style” townhome development in Dallas’ Lower Greenville Area. The Project consisted of 12 units on 0.44 acres (27 units per acre). The difficulty was to find allowances in the Dallas Zoning Ordinance to create building projections on a property zoned MF-2.
